CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Council will hold a Business Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah. (Timings listed for each item on the agenda are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed) The Agenda will be as follows: STUDY MEETING 5:30 p.m. 1.0 Dinner 5:30 p.m. 2.0 Study Meeting: Sales Tax Update 6:00 p.m. 3.0 Adjourn to Closed Meeting to discuss litigation, property acquisition, and the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual. 6:30 p.m. 4.0 Adjourn to Redevelopment Agency Meeting BUSINESS MEETING 7:00 p.m. 1.0 Call to Order 7:00 p.m. 2.0 Comment/Prayer and Flag Ceremony: to be announced 7:10 p.m. 3.0 Recognition - Emergency District Representatives 7:25 p.m. 4.0 Citizen Comments: To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public comments will be restricted to items not listed on the agenda and limited to three minutes per person per item. A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed five minutes to speak. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting.
