NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) City Hall 2) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-3 - Providing for the Creation of a Local Building Authority, Authorizing Official Action, and Providing an Effective Date 3) Proposed Approval of Temporary Use Zoning Permits – Requested by Wasatch Environmental, Inc. 4) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting 2009 Minutes for March 18, March 19 work session and April 1, including closed session; 5) Sunrise Engineering Agreement for Engineering and Technical Service and Work Release No.2009-1 For New Fire Station 6) Request for Culinary Water Connection to Property Located Outside the City Limits – Sam Satterwhite 7) Proposed Approval of Infrastructure Agreement with South Sanpete School District for new Elementary School 8) 8:30 p.m. – City Rodeo Grounds – Claudia Sanborn and Beth Wilson 9) Personnel and/or Imminent Litigation 10) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 11) Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
