MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, October 18, 2012, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2012 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Business license: The Iron House, LLC, 927 West 12th Street, gym and weight training. 4. Public hearing: Business License Fees. 5. Discussion/action on the updated business license study and fee increase. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2012-06 relating to amendments to Chapter 13.26 for regulations applicable to more than one zone as it relates to fencing and metal roofs. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2012-07 relating to parking amendments. 8. Discussion on the upcoming activities: a. Halloween Trunk-or-Treat on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 5:00 PM. b. River trail fire wood day on November 10, 2012, and ribbon cutting on November 13, 2012 at 4:00 PM. 9. Officer report and legislative oversight. 10. Adjourn until November 15, 2012. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about October 11, 2012. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
