Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to approve a Temporary Land Use Ordinance: Development Moratorium to include the 2700 North corridor east of I-15, the Jim Randall property, and the strip between 2000 West (SR 126) and I-15 from 2700 North to 4000 North All interested residents are invited to attend.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Lindsay Stratford at (801) 731-4187 at least three days prior to the hearing.
