NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following:

4. Conditional Use Permit: Reoxcyn Discoveries Group – 1762 W 20 S, #6 (20 minutes)
This is a request by James Pack with ‘Reoxcyn Discoveries Group’ for approval of a conditional use permit for a dietary supplement manufacturing company proposed to locate in the LI zone. The current ‘Lindon City Standard Land Use Table’ indicates that ‘general food manufacturing’ over 2,000 sq/ft requires a conditional use permit. “General Food Manufacturing” appears to be the most similar use listed to the proposed land use. The applicant is proposing to locate in a unit of the newly constructed ‘Sam White Business Park’ building.
5. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – ‘Lindon 3 & 14 Wards Meetinghouse’ – approx. 320 W 500 N (20 minutes)
This is a request by Jesse M. Harris representing ‘The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ for approval of a minor-subdivision plat consisting of two lots in the R1-20 zone. The applicant proposes to create a 20,031.14 sq/ft building lot and a 140,932.40 sq/ft (3.24 acre) lot which would house a LDS church meetinghouse. The applicants proposed minor-subdivision also includes road improvements and dedications, which would be discussed further in the meeting. Recommendations will be made to the City Council for final approval.
6. Site Plan: ‘Lindon 3 & 14 Wards Meetinghouse’ – approx. 320 W 500 N (30 minutes)
This is a request by Jesse M. Harris representing ‘The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ for approval of a site plan in the R1-20 zone. The applicant proposes to construct a 19,000 sq/ft church meetinghouse where the current LDS ball parks/pavilion are located. The plans also include the extension of 500 North, parking configuration, landscaping, ADA parking/access, trash enclosure, and the reconfiguration of the existing pavilion.
