MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2009 – 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on final subdivision recommendation on Slaterville Commercial Subdivision 700 North 2000 West. 4. Discussion/action on various agricultural lot divisions by Alkema in the vicinity of 2800 West. 5. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision by Linda Meyerhoffer on 400 North at approximately 1400 South. 6. Public hearings: a. One lot manufacturing subdivision by Cory Combe on 1700 South at approximately 1050 West. b. Subdivision and site plan for IRS Warehouse and retail frontage at 1135 West 12th Street. 7. Discussion/action on public hearings. 8. Announcement: Planning Commission invited to volunteer to plant flowers and trees for Arbor Day at the Municipal Gardens on Saturday, April 25, at 10:00 AM. 9. Adjourn until May 19, 2009. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should contact the Marriott-Slaterville City Office at 627-1919 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. This agenda is flexible and items may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so consider attending entire meeting.The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, sent via U.S. Mail to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. Said notice and agenda was also emailed to the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website Administrator, delivered to members of the Planning Commission, and posted in three (3) public places in Marriott-Slaterville on or about April 17, 2009.
