Comments will be Solicited on Project Scope, Implementation, and its Effects on Residents 2. Public Hearing to Consider Jeff Hughes, Representative for Hughes Unlimited Request for a Plat Amendment to Timber Lakes Plat 19 to Combine Lots 1968 and 1969. The Plat Amendment is Located at 1969 Elk Drive in the Timber Lakes Subdivision in Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 6 East 3. Public Hearing to Consider Mike Stewart, Authorized Representative for JMMS Request for a Plat Amendment for The Retreat Town Homes at Jordanelle Plat A. The Proposal Changes the Name of the Plat to Park’s Edge. The Request is Located in the Iroquois Development in Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone 4. Public Hearing to Consider Jay and Becky Price Request for Preliminary Approval of a Large Scale Subdivision Plat. The Proposal Would Increase the Number of Lots in the Subdivision From Two to Six. The Proposal is Located in Section 2, Township 4 South Range 4 East in the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural-1-Acre) Zone 5. Public Hearing to Consider Jay and Becky Price Request for Preliminary Approval of a Large Scale Subdivision in the John Price Subdivision. The Proposal is to Divide the Two Existing Lots Into Six Lots. The Property is Located in Section 2 of Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-Acre) Zone 6. Public Hearing for Consideration of Staff Proposal to Amend the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ) to Reinstitute the Sign Language that was Originally in the JBOZ April 16, 2009 Brent Titcomb Clerk/Auditor
