Weber County 3. Dan Olsen 4. Doug Larsen C. Weber School District 5. Robert Peterson 6. Brent Richardson D. State School Board 7. Cathy Dudley E. All Other Taxing Entities Representative 8. Lance Wood Officers: Chairperson, Bruce Burrows; Vice Chairperson, Robert Petersen 3. Election of TEC Secretary 4. Review of Project Area Purposes and Objectives – Larry Hansen 5. Review of the Draft Project Area Budget for the West Bench Redevelopment Project Area, Waiver of 20% Housing Allocation and Waiver of 10% Combined Incremental Value Limitation – Larry Hansen, Bob Springmeyer and Randall Feil 6. Review of Key Meeting Dates, Including: (A) State School Board/Committee (for authorizing vote of TEC representative); (B) Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund Board (considering Agency’s application for waiver of 20% housing allocation); and (C) Redevelopment Agency Budget Hearing 7. Determination of whether there is unanimous consent of TEC representatives present to proceed with consideration of the approval of proposed Project Area Budget, Including (A) Waiver of 20% Housing Allocation and (B) Waiver of 10% Limitation on Combined Incremental Value at this TEC meeting, rather than requiring a second TEC meeting for those purposes 8. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution Approving the Project Area Budget for the West Bench Redevelopment Project Area, Including Waiver of 20% Housing Allocation and 10% Limitation on Combined Incremental Value (if unanimous consent was obtained pursuant to previous agenda item) 9. Setting of Date of Second TEC Meeting, If Necessary 10. Other Matters of Business 11. Reminder Regarding Established Method of Handling the Review and Approval of Minutes 12.
