NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Possible Approval of Bid for Storm Water Drainage Project – Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMille Engineering 3) Department of Environmental Quality- Update Status Report 4) Discuss Voter Information Pamphlet for RAP Initiative 5) Review Upcoming Calendar of Community and City Events 6) 8:00 p.m. Progress Report from Sunrise Engineers on Culinary Water Study and Assessment – John Iverson 7) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 8) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, August 1, 2012, Open and Closed Sessions and Wednesday, September 5, 2012 Open Session 9) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
