MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2012 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public hearing on Ordinance relating to Comprehensive Storm Water Amendments. 4. Discussion/action on Ordinance relating to Comprehensive Storm Water Amendments. 5. Public hearing on Ordinance relating to Regulations Applicable to More Than One Zone. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance relating to Regulations Applicable to More Than One Zone. 7. Discussion/action on Conditional Use Permit 2012-04 for Natalie Taylor at 1212 South 950 West for beauty services. 8. Discussion/action on site plan for Venture Charter High School on 1500 West. 9. Recess and convene work session in the senior center on recycling businesses. 10. Adjourn work session. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should contact the Marriott-Slaterville City Office at 801-627-1919 at least 3 business days prior to the meeting. This agenda is flexible and items may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so consider attending entire meeting.The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner.
