September 12, 2012 Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: Lyle Mortimer, Cedar Fort Publishing, seeking Administrative Approval of the Spring Haven Farms Subdivision, Plat D, vacating and amending (combining) lot 1 (Plat B, Spring Haven Farms) and lot 16 (Plat C, Spring Haven Farms) located at 2373 West 700 South in the Highway Commercial (HC) Zone. PUBLIC COMMENT MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAIRMAN Agenda posted on the State of Utah Public Notice website as well as www.springville.org and the bulletin boards in the City Civic Center on September 11, 2012.
