- Notice is hereby given that HARRISVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Scheduled for Wednesday September 12, 2012, WILL NOT BE HELD due to lack of agenda items. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be October 10, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at the City Office, 363 West Independence Boulevard Planning Commission Secretary
