Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 09/11/2012. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

8. BUSINESS LICENSES- Authorization to approve a business license for: Castleview Surgery Associates at 280 N. Hospital Drive #5, Lil Touch of Bling at 159 N. 100 E., Miles of Smiles, Inc. (Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory) at 1191 E. Main Street, Eastern Utah Ear, Nose and Throat at 945 W. Hospital Drive #1, Planet Power Toys (Reciprocal) at 212 So. Hwy 55 (parking lot) and The Tranquil Buddha at 790 N. Cedar Hills.
9. UPDATED HEAT VENDOR CONTRACT- Authorization to approve the updated HEAT Program vendor contract between the Department of Workforce Services, Housing and Community Development Division, Home Energy Assistance Target Program and Price Municipal Corporation and have the Mayor sign the contract on behalf of Price City.
10. FIRE DEPARTMENT- Authorization to dispose of old Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) backpacks in a manner that would yield the greatest benefit to the Fire Department.
11. RESOLUTION 2012-20- A resolution of the City Council implementing authority to conduct electronic meetings and establishing procedures for participating therein. Authorization to approve the resolution and for the Mayor and City Recorder to sign on behalf of Price City.
12. POOL- Ratification to donate the use of the Price City Wave Pool for a service project for the students of the Lighthouse Learning Center on September 10 from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
13. AGREEMENT-Consideration and possible approval of an agreement between Price City and the Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, amending scheduling, accounting and billing procedures.
