NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Administration of Oath of Office to New School Resource Officer, Carl Wimmer 3) Limitation on use of Fires within City Limits- Fire Chief, Boyce Mulder 4) Review of Main Street Progress and Proposed Approval of Estimates for Corrective Alternates including Storm Drain at City Hall – Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMille Engineering 5) Proposed Approval of Street and Sidewalk Bids 6) Proposed Approval of Main Street Improvements, Trees and Sprinkler System 7) Proposed Approval of Personnel Policy Amendments 8) Discuss and Possible Approval of Action, Intersection of 106 North 300 West – Council Member Jensen 9) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 10) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, August 15, 2012, Open and Closed Sessions 11) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
