Description/Agenda: AT 5:00 p.m. prior to the regular council meeting the council will meet at 1600 South Center to review and discuss a proposed subdivision at said location-The Wellsville City Council will then hold it's regular council meeting at 75 East Main in Wellsville, the meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows:1.Welcome 2.Roll call 3.Opening ceremony 4.Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6.Presentation of bills for approval 7.At 6:05 p.m. Brent Tubbs-business license 8.At 6:10 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval the concept plan for the Smith subdivision at 111 South 450 East, containing a total of 3 lots, (2 additional building lots) 9.Discussion and formation of policy for activites at all city parks 10.Presentation for adoption of the tenative 2009/2010 budget 11.Department reports 12.City Manager/Recorders report
