- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Work Session to begin at 6:30 pm a.Emergency Management Program b.Review goals. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of the updates for the Public Works Standards and Ordinance #406, an Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, adopting the updated Public Works Standards and technical specifications prepared by Jones & Associates consulting engineers; providing an effective date; and severability – Gene Bingham. 2. 2009 Street Maintenance Project Bids – Gene Bingham. 3. Conditional Acceptance for Acorn Storage – Mike Mecham. 4. Chamber presentation – Larry Crouch. 5. Discussion about HOA at the Cottages – Fred Oates. 6. Public Comments. 7. Mayor/Council follow-up. Adjournment
