- The Carbon County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 4:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Planning Building located at 65 South 100 East in Price, Utah. AGENDA 1. Approval of the minutes of previous meeting. 2. Introduce new Deputy Zoning Administrator 3. Update on previous actions. 4. Discussion on staff and County Officials proposed amendments to the Development Code. 5. Request for approval of a Property Boundary Adjustment and recommendation to the County Commission, Kobi Marchello 2144 North 1290 West, Carbonville 6. Request for transfer of approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a caretakers dwelling and truck terminal at approximately 1475 E. Ridge Road, Paletta Trucking, Pete Paletta 7. Request for approval of an Amended Subdivision Plat Amendment for the Lee Semken Minor Subdivision at approximately 922 E. 1250 S., Price, Utah, Dan and Jane Guymon 8. Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for construction of a single family dwelling located on parcel #2A-0010-0000, Sec. 3, T12S, R07E, Scofield Area, Wes Martin representative for Mary Louise Seamons 9. Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a church at approximately 5125 N. US Hwy 6, Helper, Utah, New life Ministry, Andrew Lasslo 10. Discussion on public and private wastewater disposal systems, David Ariotti, PE ________________________________________ Frankie Hathaway, Deputy Zoning Administrator A copy of this notice was faxed to the Sun Advocate, a newspaper of general circulation within Carbon County, Radio Stations KOAL and KUSA, and PRECIS Communications.
