- PUBLIC HEARING: Amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance. Discussion/action on public hearing to amend the Subdivision Ordinance. PUBLIC HEARING / RECOMMENDATION: Amended Subdivision Plat for Wayne Taylor Subdivision 390 W. North Street. Table review of final approval of a commercial site plan for SPS Tire & Service Center located at 760 North Harrisville Road pending an opinion from the state ombudsman. Consider approval of an extension of a conditional use permit application for construction materials display building to locate at 2350 N. Highway 89. Consider recommending adoption of the following Chapters of the Land Use Ordinance:: a. Amendments the ordinance relating to administration of the Planning Commission as Land Use Ordinance Title 11.02, AAdministration.@ b. Recommend an Ordinance establishing petitioner requirements in the re-zoning procedure including development agreement and conditional zoning designation be adopted as Land Use Ordinance Title 11.06 AZoning Procedure.@ c. Recommend replacing Chapter 29 of the Land Use Ordinance with ASite Plan and Design Review@ Land Use Ordinance Title 11.22 Review Land Use Ordinance side yard setback for accessory buildings paragraph 14-3.1.
