Sunburst Ranch Plat Amendment/Resolution 2009-06 – A Proposed Resolution Amending the Amended Plat A for the Sunburst Ranch PUD including Proposed Requirements Pertaining to Owners’ Landscaping of Units, Located at Approximately 600 North and Ranch Road (Zoning is R-1-22). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission a. Public Hearing – Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Resolution b. Action – Discuss and Possibly Approve the Resolution 5. Sunburst Ranch Master Plan Amendment/Plat C/Resolution 2009-03 – Discuss an Amendment to the Master Plan for the Sunburst Ranch PUD, including Plat C, Located at 600 North and Ranch Road (Zoning is R-1-22) 6. Culinary Water Rates/Resolution 2009-05 - A Proposed Resolution Changing the Rates for the Culinary Water System for Midway City a. Public Hearing – Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Resolution b. Action – Discuss the Resolution 7. Transfer of Water Connections (Susan Brown) – Discuss and Possibly Approve a Request to Transfer Water Connections from the Indian Spring to Property on Pine Canyon Road 8. Tarahumara Liquor License (Greg Grass) – Discuss and Possibly Grant Local Consent to the Tarahumara Restaurant, Located at 380 East Main Street, #A, for a Full Restaurant Liquor License 9. Café Galleria Liquor License (Cecil Duval) – Receive a Presentation Regarding a Liquor License for the Café Galleria Located at 101 West Main Street Recess (10 Minutes) 10.
