Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting, at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 9, 2009, in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road. The Agenda will be as follows: (Times listed on the agenda are approximate and may be accelerated or subject to change) 5:30 Dinner Study Meeting: 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers on the 1st floor a. Study Business Items Business Meeting: 7:00 p.m., City Council Chambers on the 1st floor Citizen Comments: To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public hearing comments will be limited to three minutes per person per item. A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed five minutes to speak. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. 1. Approval of minutes from the November 6, 2008 Planning Commission meeting. 2. Public Hearing: On the request of Paula Ylst for approval of a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for a nail care salon service, on an approximately 0.37 acre site, located at 14676 South Falkridge Court. Public Hearing: On the request of Dennis Summerhays for a Minor Subdivision approval for two lots, on a 0.73 acre site, located at 112 East 12300 South. (Application # JS-2009-0048 & PLN-2009-0026). Public Hearing: On the request of Brent Overson, representing Overson Consulting for approval of a Text Amendment to allow colored and textured Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) as a primary material in the design standards chapter of the Draper City Municipal Code.
