Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development Department, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. If written comments are not received prior to the date of the meeting, the Planning Commission may not consider them. CUP 1206-0002: A request by Victor Galindo, with Victor’s Tires, for a Conditional Use Permit for an automobile repair use (the sales and installation of tire rims), to be located at 499 S. State Street (TIN: 12-003-0200), which property lies in the C-2 zoning district. CUP 1207-0004: A request by Max Arnett, with New Beginnings Apostolic Church, for a Conditional Use Permit for a church in Lakeside Square Commercial Development located at 373 S. State Street (TIN: 12-063-0211), which property lies in the C-2 zoning district. Copies of the above applications are available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
