Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 Meeting Called to Order – Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated June 21, 2012 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Motion – Approval of Home Occupation Business License – Black Top Restoration (BTR) 5. Motion – Final Approval of Miya Meadows Phase 5, located at approximately 2450 West 2700 North 6. Motion – Approval of Interlocal Agreement and Resolution No. 2012-01 for Animal Control Services between Weber County and Farr West City 7. Motion – Approval of Resolution No. 2012-02, Increasing Monthly Residential Sewer Rates and Establishing a Residential Storm Sewer Service Fee 8. Motion – Approval of Resolution No. 2012-03, Increasing Monthly Commercial Sewer Rates and Establishing a Commercial Storm Sewer Service Fee 9.
