- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on a request from Tom Horlacher that a code be written to allow Multi-family dwellings in all residential zones. Council to approve or reject the recommendation. 9. Discuss use of funds anticipated from summer fires for use of equipment 10. Review for possible approval an Interlocal Agreement with Cache County for "fire inpections of businesses" 11. Discuss procedures in council meetings 12. Department reports 13.
