NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Land Use – Questions Regarding Utilities and Street Improvements for 150 West 400 North Lot Split- Jerry and Martha Larsen 2) Proposed Approval of Temporary Use Zoning Permits – Requested by Wasatch Environmental, Inc. 3) Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Richard Peterson, Contractor at 355 East 300 South 4) Proposed Approval of Business License for Lincare, Inc. at 69 North Main, Suite B 5) City Hall 6) Municipal Building Authority 7) Sunrise Engineering Agreement for Engineering and Technical Service and Work Release No.2009-1 For New Fire Station 8) Personnel 9) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10) Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
