- NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 10th day of July 2012. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance - Shelly Halacy C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Dearden D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders in the amount of $400,295.44. 2. Request for approval of Warrants. 3. Request for approval to cancel the Regular Commission Meeting scheduled for July 24, 2012. 4. Request for approval of an amendment to a contract by and between Weber County and the State Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DCFM) to establish terms and conditions regarding the management of the Ice Sheet Expansion Project, between Weber County, Weber State University and the State of Utah. 5. Request from the Weber Housing Authority for approval to surplus a large brown table. 6. Request from the Weber County Information Technology Department for approval to surplus computer equipment. E. Action 1. Request for approval of the Weber County Board of Canvas - 2012 Primary Election. Presenter: Jennifer Morrell 2. Request for approval of a an Interlocal Agreement by and between Weber County and North Ogden City for Weber County to perform election services. Presenter: Jennifer Morrell F. Assign Pledge of Allegiance and Thought of the Day for Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. G.
