NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold an Emergency City Council Meeting Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 8:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Review, Discuss and Possible Approval of Ordinance 2012-3 an Ordinance Adopting Certain Restrictions on the use of Fireworks within Certain Areas of the Municipality. 3) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 4) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 5) Closed Session 6) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
