NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF SPRINGVILLE, UTAH . . . . . . . . . . . . . JUNE 28, 2012 110 South Main Street Springville, UT 84663 (801) 491-7861 Fax (801) 489-2716 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Springville will hold a special public meeting in the Conference Room of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main on Thursday, June 28, 2012. The meeting will commence at 9:00 AM. This will be a public meeting where testimony will be heard and action will be taken on the agenda items. The Springville City Development Review Committee (DRC) will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 AM in the Springville City Civic Center. In addition to issues brought up as part of DRC member reviews, Policy issues to be discussed in the closed briefing session will be as follows: The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. Dallas Hakes, representing Lonestar Builders, seeking site plan approval for the Lonestar site expansion located at approximately 492 West 1200 North in the LIM – Light Industrial Manufacturing zone. 2. Chris Hailstone, representing Wiggy Wash, LLC seeking a plat amendment of the Springville Plaza subdivision located at approximately 1662 West 500 South in the RC – Regional Commercial zone. 3. Chris Hailstone, representing Wiggy Wash, LLC seeking site plan approval for Wiggy Wash to be located at approximately 1662 West 500 South in the RC – Regional Commercial zone. PUBLIC COMMENT MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAIRMAN Copy of agenda delivered to the Mayor, City Council members, City Administrator, City Attorney, City Recorder and mailed/faxed to affected entities. The agenda is posted on the State website, the City’s website and on the bulletin board in the City Civic Center on June 22, 2012.
