NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call. 2. Site Plan Approval for Rand Colbert Medical Office Building to be located at 861 North Main Street (C-1 use) (CS zone). 3. Site Plan Approval for Brady Hansen to operate a “vehicle for sale” parking lot to be located at approximately 30 East 800 South (C-2 use) (CS zone). 4. Site Plan approval for A&D Jensen relocation to the west of their existing location and north of Busk Construction on Airport Road (C-1 use) (MG zone). 5. Other business. 6. Adjournment.
