NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) 7:00-7:30 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment and reopen the 2011-2012 budget and adoption including budget transfers 3) 7:30-8:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment on Proposed Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and Proposed Adoption of Operating and Capital Budgets for Gunnison City including the 2012 Certified Tax Rate, Proposed Fee Waivers and Donations, Fee Schedule Changes and Compensation of Statutory Employees 4) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2012-4 Amending 2012 Budget 5) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2012-5 --2013 Budget Adoption 6) Proposed Approval of Contract Services for Streetscape Project 7) Discuss outcome of CIB request and options for Drainage Project. 8) Consideration for and adoption of a Bond Resolution authorizing the issuance of $350,000 in Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2012 of Gunnison, Sanpete County, Utah (Streetscape) 9) Proposed Approval of Hiring New Lifeguards at Gunnison City Pool 10) Proposed Approval of 4th of July Contracts – Council Member Donaldson 11) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Amendment to Gunnison City Personnel Policy, Chapter 2.2 Small Purchases and Chapter 2.3 Large Purchases-Purchasing Policy- Council Member Brian Jensen 12) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, May 29, 2012, Open and Closed Session 13) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 14) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 15) Closed Session 16) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
