Megan Mendoza - Business License Application to operate La Hacienda Restaurant, LLC, located at 680 East Main Street, Wellington, Utah. 5. David K. Jensen - Business License Application to operate Jensen Custom Concrete, located at 1300 West Ridge Road, Wellington, Utah. 6. Bill Knott - Questions on proposed Hillcrest Minor Subdivision. 7. Mike Metzger - Concept and Preliminary Plat Application for Minor Subdivision in the Hillcrest Subdivision area. 8.
