The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of the disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. At 6:15 Janna Anderson-business license 9. At 6:20 Aleena Winward-business license 10. At 6:25 review for approval the final plat for the Hubbard Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots on the West side of 200 West from 450 South to 475 South 11. At 6:40 conduct the following public hearings in the order listed below: A. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on a request from Tom Horlacher that the code be amended to allow some type of multi family dwellings in the RA-1 zone. B. Receive public input and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that 10-1-7 and 10-6C-5 of the City Code be amended to clarify that the minimum required frontage in the R-1-12 zone is 82 1/2 feet. C. Receive public input in the adoption of a resolution opening all of the City 2011-2012 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustment to balance the budgets. D. Receive public input, then the adoption of a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2012/2013 E. Receive public input, then the adoption of a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2012/2013 F. Receive public input, then the adoption of a resolution adopting the 2012/2013 certified tax rate. G. Receive public input, then the adoption of resolution adopting the 2012/2013 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Stormwater Fund. H. Receive public input for the possible adoption of a resolution which sets the dollar value for the "Fee In Lieu of Water"; Dedication Transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2012/2013.12. Audrey Andrus to present recommendation for the Building Task Force Committee for a new Elementary School in Wellsville 13. Foster Nix-eagle scout project 14. Johnathan Cook to discuss wireless network upgrade 15. Discuss cement poured in street right-of way at 400 N and 100 W 16. Continued discussion of Community Covenant Program 17. Review bids for approval of 2012 asphalt work 18. Continued discussion of fee for moving headstones in the cemetery 19. Department reports 20. City Manager/Recorders report
