June 14, 2012 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Community Development, 86 East 100 South The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Development Department Conference Room located at 86 East 100 South Pleasant Grove, Utah (enter on south side). The Work Session will be held from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. SAM WHITE’S NEIGHBORHOOD CONTINUED ITEM 2 Public Hearing to consider the request of Todd Meyers for a proposed two lot preliminary subdivision called the Pleasant Grove Maverik Subdivision located at approx. 705 South State Street in the C-S (Commercial Sales) Zone. STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD ITEM 3 Public Hearing to consider the request of Dick and Carole Prescott for a Conditional Use Permit to operate weddings & events called Barbwire and Lace located at approx. 2131 North 180 West in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone. MONKEY TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD ITEM 6 Public Hearing to consider the request of Randy Bott for a Conditional Use Permit, for a Snow Cone Shack/Concession Stand located at approx. 886 West 2600 North in the RCO (Rural Commercial Overlay) Zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD ITEM 7 Public Hearing to consider the request of Randy Bott to amend Stone Gate Center For The Arts site plan located at approx. 886 West 2600 North in the RCO (Rural Commercial Overlay) Zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD ITEM 8 Public Hearing to consider the request to delete Article D “Residential Manufactured Home Park Zone”, Chapter 9, Title 10 of the Pleasant Grove City Code. CITY WIDE ITEM 9 Public Hearing to consider the request to delete Article B “Community Commercial Center Zone”, Chapter 11, Title 10 of the Pleasant Grove City Code. CITY WIDE ITEM 10 Public Hearing to consider the request to rezone the property known as City Side Business Park located at approximately 450 East 1000 South Main Street from C-S, Commercial Sales to C-G, General Commercial. STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD ITEM 11Public Hearing to consider the request to rezone the property known as Kensington Woods Business Park located at approximately 850 South Main Street from C-S, Commercial Sales to C-G, General Commercial.
