At 6:05 conduct the following 2 public hearings: a. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Bert Linn Watson at 74 West 200 South for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for a full service salon from said address b. Receive public input and consider for approval the preliminary plat for the Sterling Ridge Subdivision consisting of a total of 36 lots on property on the West side of Center Street from approvimately 1400 South to 1600 South 7.
