- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING March 24, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Wilhelmsen CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held March 10, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of the updates for the Public Works Standards and Ordinance #406, an Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, adopting the updated Public Works Standards and technical specifications prepared by Jones & Associates consulting engineers; providing an effective date; and severability – Gene Bingham. 2. Discussion and/or approval on the Crack Seal Project for 2009 – Gene Bingham. 3. Discussion on Heritage Days Celebration 2009 – Grover Wilhelmsen. 4. Discussion and/or approval for Resolution #09-02, a Resolution amending and adopting the Harrisville City personnel policies and procedures manual – Mayor Hendrix. 5. Discussion on City Banners – Bill Morris. 6. Joint meeting with planning commission for Training on Open Meetings and Harassment – Bill Morris. 7. Discussion on JAG (Justice Assistant Grant) for Public Safety – Bill Morris. 8. Report on Planning Commission Meeting. 9. Public Comments. 10. Mayor/Council Follow-up 11. Closed executive session on real property. Adjournment
