NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with a City Council MeetingTuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 Noon 1) Invocation 2) Discuss Rural Water Review and Recommendations, Review Possible Water Rate Adjustment 3) Proposed Approval –Purchase of Storage Units 4) Discuss Pressurized Irrigation along Cemetery Road 5) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Appointment of Land Use Hearing Officer 6) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 7) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
