NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Gunnison Valley Hospital Report- Board Members Sarah Donaldson and Shawn Crane 3) Approve Part-Time Police Officer- Chief Trent Halliday 4) City Master Plan Review of Capital Improvements 5) Award Bid for Main Street Water Project – Darin Robinson, Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMille Engineering 6) Discuss Rural Water Review and Recommendations, Review Possible Water Rate Adjustment 7) Storm Drainage Study Results and Updated Plan 8) Review FEMA Flood Map Change Application 9) Discuss Groundbreaking Celebration and Top Stop Demolition 10) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, May 9, Open Session 11) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
