NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for March 4, 2009. 2) 7:15 p.m. – Utah State Department of Environmental Quality Engineer Morgan Atkinson Testing in Regards to the Wind River, “Top Stop” Gas Leak 3) Proposed Approval of Temporary Use Zoning Permits – Requested by Wasatch Environmental, Inc. 4) Bid Awards for Surplus Sale at Old City Hall 5) Possible Municipal Building Authority for Fire Station and City Hall Funding 6) Freedom Ford 7) Personnel 8) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 9) Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
