NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Proposed Approval of Amendment –Gunnison City Rules of Procedure and Order, Allowing for Electronic Voting 3) Pioneer Heritage Gardens- Shannon D. Miller 4) Award Bid for Main Street Water Project – Darin Robinson, Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMille Engineering 5) Proposed Approval of Purchase for Police Dept.- Chief Halliday 6) Adopt Tentative Budget 2012-2013 7) Discuss Groundbreaking Celebration and Top Stop Demolition 8) Possible Approval of the Collaborative Roles of the City and Theatre Foundation Partnership Regarding Legacy Plaza 9) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, April 18, Open and Closed Session, Thursday, April 26, Open Session and Tuesday, May 1, 2012, Open Session. 10) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
