NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will a City Council Meeting Tuesday May 1, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 noon. 1) Invocation 2) Proposed Approval of Seasonal Part-Time Employee for Summer 2012 3) Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2012-2, FEMA- Flood Damage Prevention 4) Closed Session 5) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
