- PUBLIC NOTICE ENTERPRISE CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING COMMISSION, AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 2012 MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise, Utah hereby gives notice that the Enterprise City Council holds its regular council meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. JANUARY 11 7:00 PM. JANUARY 25 3:00 PM. FEBRUARY 8 7:00 PM. FEBRUARY 22 3:00 PM. MARCH 14 7:00 PM. MARCH 28 3:00 PM. APRIL 11 7:00 PM. APRIL 25 3:00 PM. MAY 9 7:00 PM. MAY 23 3:00 PM. JUNE 13 7:00 PM. JUNE 27 3:00 PM. JULY 11 7:00 PM. JULY 25 3:00 PM. AUGUST 8 7:00 PM. AUGUST 22 3:00 PM. SEPTEMBER 12 7:00 PM. SEPTEMBER 26 3:00 PM. OCTOBER 10 7:00 PM. OCTOBER 24 3:00 PM. Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Planning Commission holds its regular planning meeting on the Tuesday prior to the first city council meeting each month starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. JANUARY 10 JULY 10 FEBRUARY 7 AUGUST 7 MARCH 13 SEPTEMBER 11 APRIL 10 OCTOBER 9 MAY 8 NOVEMBER 13 JUNE 12 DECEMBER 11 Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Board of Adjustment convenes on an Aas-needed@ basis in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah.

- Items for the City Council agendas must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm. (Noon) the Friday prior to the meeting, or longer if required by law for noticing or other requirements, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Planning Commission agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Planning Commission meeting, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Board of Adjustment agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Board of Adjustment meeting, and may be moved to a later time at the discretion of the City.
