- AGENDA 1. Welcome and call to order. 2. Review and consider approval of minutes for January 21, 2009 meeting. 3. Receive report from Independent Auditor regarding the financial operations of the Authority for the Fiscal Period ending June 30, 2008. 4. Set date, time, and location for a closed meeting for a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. 5. Set date, time, and location for a closed meeting for a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange or lease of real property. 6. Set date, time, and location for a closed meeting for a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 7. Set date, time, and location for a closed meeting for a discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 8. Receive report from Provo City Parks and Recreation staff regarding the operations and attendance at the Arena during the immediate 60 day period prior. 9. Review and consider approval of proposed budget tracking report format listing revenues versus expenditures. 10. Discuss and consider authorization of payment for invoices and other current obligations for professional services, operations, maintenance and other expenses. 11. Review and consider draft budget document for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2010 and set date for public hearing. 12. Review and consider approval of proposed “Request For Proposals” for annual financial auditing services for the periods beginning with Fiscal Year 2009. 13. Other business 14. Adjourn Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Provo City/Utah County Ice Sheet Authority of Utah County, Utah will hold it’s public meeting scheduled for March 18, 2009 at 3:00 pm as an Electronic Meeting with the anchor location for said meeting to be Provo City/Utah County Peaks Ice Arena, Olympic Room, 100 North Seven Peaks Blvd, Provo, Utah.
