- APRIL 23, 2012 MEETING BEGINS AT 11:00 A.M. PRAYER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES APPROVAL OF WARRANTS TAX MATTERS BUSINESS LICENSES CEMETERY CERTIFICATES BID OPENING AND POSSIBLE AWARD: Class 8 Truck, new or unused, to be fitted later for dump bed BID AWARD: Legal Representation ORDINANCE #04-23-2012 O1: Granting Moon Lake Electric a franchise for an electrical distribution system CONSIDERATION OF TERMINATION OF PUBLIC DEFENDER CONTRACTS with Ryan Evershed and Clint Hendricks ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMINATION OF PUBLIC DEFENDER CONTRACT with Michael Humiston ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH QEP ENERGY – Upgrading Class D Road #161302 PRIVATIZE COUNTY ROADS :Warren Draw Road (Kay Family); and three (3) Bureau of Reclamation Roads: 1) Access to top of Steinaker Dam, 2) Access to Red Fleet Aqua Duct, 3) Donkey Flat Road access to top of Red Fleet Dam; for water safety issues after September 11, 2001.
