Wallsburg Town Council Monthly Meeting Agenda November 5, 2026 7:00PM 1. Call to Order Expected 7:00PM a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer c. Roll Call 2. Consent Calendar: Be it hereby moved that the following consent calendar items stand approved: a. Agenda of the November 5, 2026 Town Council Meeting b. Minutes of the September 17, 2026 Town Council Meeting 3. Approve Budget i. October Budget (and any questions) ii. September and October check registers (and any questions) 4. Public Comment (5 minutes): This is the public's opportunity to comment on items that are NOT on the agenda. Please come up to the table, state your name and address before making a comment, and speak loudly to assure comments are recorded properly. If you have specific questions or comments regarding items that ARE on the agenda, please contact the Wallsburg Town Council or Clerk after the meeting has adjourned. 5. Agenda Items: a. Main Canyon Road Project, CDBG Application Updates - Information and Discussion Only i. Troy Ostler (CivCo Engineering) will discuss status of Main Canyon Road Phase II & 2025 CDBG applications b. Town Hall Rental Fee Reduction or Waiver Request - Action Item i. RVLA would like to discuss a fee reduction or waiver for their kid's business fair scheduled for December 2026 c. Town Water Connection Inquiry - Action Item i. Laura McAllister would like to discuss trading water shares for a connection to Wallsburg Town Water System d. Bartlett Roofing Appeal Letter - Action Item i. Bartlett Roofing has drafted an appeal letter for Town Hall roof replacement claim denial. e. Fiscal Year 2026 AUP Financial Certification and Fraud Risk Assessment - Action Item i. Review Fraud Risk Assessment and Financial Certification for FY ending 6/30/2026. 6. Department Reports a.
