TOWN OF MANILA REGULAR TOWN COUCIL MEETING TOWN CONFERENCE MEETING ROOM 145 E HWY 43, MANILA, UTAH NOVEMBER 12, 2026, AT 5:30 P.M. AGENDA REGULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: BUSINESS: CONSENT CALENDAR: ADDENDUM: FRAUD RISK ASSESSMENT: The Town of Manila is required to complete this assessment annually and present the results to the Town Council before the end of each calendar year. Once presented, the completed assessment must be uploaded to the Utah State Auditor's Office. SHORT-TERM RENTAL COMMERCIAL UTILITIES: CROSS CONNECTIONS: THE PINNACLE UPDATE: SUNRISE ENGINEERING UPDATE: BUILDING UPGRADE UPDATE: PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE: MAYOR'S UPDATE: PUBLIC COMMENT: TOWN COUNCIL VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION: The closed session, if approved by the Town Council, will be held following a public vote in accordance with Utah Code § 52-4-204. EXECUTIVE SESSION-POTENTIAL LAND PURCHASE: The Town Council may enter into a closed session pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205(1)(d) to discuss the potential purchase of real property, provided the statutory requirements for holding a closed session are met. No final action or decisions regarding the potential purchase will be taken during the closed session. Any action requiring Council approval will be considered during the open public meeting. ADJOURNMENT: In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should call the Manila Town Clerk at 435-784-3143 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
