WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400
OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah
November 10, 2026 - 5:00 P.M.
When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.
The public may participate at the anchor location stated above. Public comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board.
WORK SESSION
1. DISCUSS CURRENT CHECKING AND MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT BALANCES
2. DISCUSS CURRENT REVENUE COLLECTION RATES AND USE OF OTHER MEANS TO COLLECT PAST DUE AMOUNTS
3. DISCUSS NEED TO INCREASE RATE TO COVER LONG TERM CAPITAL OUTLAY AND SET A MINIMUM RATE PER PARCEL
4. DISCUSS 2027 PROPOSED BUDGET AND OUTSTANDING REPAIRS
5. DISCUSS POTENTIAL NEED FOR AN OUTSIDE ACCOUNTING FIRM TO DO THE BILLINGS, COLLECTION, PAYMENTS AND REQUIRED STATE REPORTING FOR THE DISTRICT
6. DISCUSS NOTICE OF VACANCY AND PROPOSE A NEW BOARD MEMBER FOR THE MEETING ON DECEMBER 8, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M.

1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 5, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT
2. TENTATIVELY ADOPT THE 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT, AND SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE 2027 CALENDAR YEAR BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE BENJAMIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT, FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 100 EAST CENTER STREET, ROOM 1400, PROVO, UTAH
3. APPROVE AND ADOPT USING THE UTAH COUNTY TREASURER FOR COLLECTION OF PAST DUE AMOUNTS THAT ARE AT LEAST TWO YEARS IN ARREARS (continued from last meeting)
4. SET THE DATE FOR 2027 NOTICES TO GO OUT AND NOTICE OF NEXT YEAR'S MEETING TO ADOPT THE TENTATIVE 2028 BUDGET
