- Date: November 9, 2026 Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: 7740 W 900 S Ogden Utah 84404 I. Call to Order State the time calling the meeting of the West Warren Park Board of Trustees to order. Take a roll for the record. Welcome & Introductions II. Administrative Items (3 minutes) - Approval of Minutes: Review and vote to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. III. Governance Actions (10 minutes) Any item the board needs to officially vote on or spend money on must be listed here with reasonable specificity. You cannot vote on something if it isn't listed in this section. If members of the public are present, public comment on action items may be asked for but is not required. - Approval of Warrants/Checks - Preliminary 2027 Budget - 2027 Capital Projects - Ramp Grant Meeting Review and Discussion - Cultural Arts and History Director Discussion - Board Member Rotation o 3-year commitment Joe's term ends December 31, 2026 - Board Chair Jeff's term ends December 31, 2026 - Treasurer Jeremy's term ends December 31, 2027 - Trustee Chris's term ends December 31, 2027 - Trustee Riley's term ends December 31, 2027 - Trustee o Appoint Treasurer IV. Park Operations & Maintenance (20-30 minutes) This time allows for discussion on general operations freely. If the conversation leads to an expenditure, make a note to put it on next month's Action Items. - Maintenance Updates - Future Projects V. Public Comment Ask if anyone from the public is present and has anything to say. VI. Board Comments Ask if anyone from the board has anything for future discussion or agenda item. VII. Adjournment
