Church Wells SSD Open Public Hearing Administration Board Meeting 1785 Wells RD Church Wells, Ut 6:00 pm Wednesday September 23rd, 2026 Call to order and list those present 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Prayer: Janette 3. 6:05 Close Administrative Meeting, open public budget meeting. Discussed budget 4. Close public hearing, open administrative meeting 5. Board communication 6. Agenda Update: take action on tank maintenance. Using up road grant and applying for new grant, revised budget accepted and approved, take action. Josh will do road maint. He fixed lid on tank. Josh will close out frost free, fix roads coming from tanks. Survey went well. Josh estimate 1x1 square tube and steel top (8 hours labor) $6,275 7. Water operator report: Industrial: 101 gallons sold. Commercial 116 gallons sold. Residential 1,087,000 gallons sold. Total pumped 1,586,550. Well 3 55,000 gallons sold. Variance 555.550 all to refill tank 2 and hydrant flush/ 8. Clerk report : Operating income: Prior ytd 39.453.02, current ytd 48,870.13, annual budget 66,500, % used 73.49. Total operating expense: prior ytd 22,469.97, Current period 530.90, Current ytd 81,283.81, Annual budget 202,100, % used 40.22. Total operating income: prior ytd 181,535.16, Current period 38.00, current ytd 56,589.59, annual budget 110,00, % used 51.45 9. Bank Reconciliation: bank statement balance $57,467.47 Ending balance $57,615.47 10.
