Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Chambers, 2380 Washington Blvd., 1st Floor, Ogden, Utah 84401 Notice to Vacate a County Storm Drain Easement The existing easement where the drainage is has now been piped and will all be within the ROW so there is no need for the easement. The roadway 3900 West curves to line up with the existing roadway 3875 West on the north side of 1800 South. This will remove the easement within 2-3 lots to not encumber them.
