The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Proclamation recognizing those involved in North Logan Pumpkin Days * Recognize essay contest winner * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Consider approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings * Ratification of an appointment to The North Logan Library Board Current Action Items 2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to provide Notice of the City's intent to Adopt or Amend an Impact Fee Facilities Plan in accordance with State Code 11-36a-502. 3. Notice of the preparation of an impact fee analysis in accordance with State Code 11-36a-503. 4. Consideration of a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone), Development Agreement, and Master Development Plan (Ashbourne Development) of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (East Side Transition). 5. Consider updates to the Real Estate Purchase Contract and the associated addendums related to Canyon Ridge Lot 34, along with an exception to the side setback ordinance. 6. Consider approval of the updated North Logan Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP). 7. Consider an ordinance amending the North Logan Municipal Code regulating the adoption of the 2024 International Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code and North Logan City Wildland-Urban Interface Map. City Council Work Session Items 8. Discussion regarding Lessons Learned at the annual Utah League of Cities and Towns Conference 9. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 10. Updates on Civic Center. 11. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 12. Mayor item updates and coordination with legislators, ULCT, Fire District, CMPO, COG, CWC, RAPZ, Recreation Center Committee, Public Communication,...etc.
