Review and approve minutes from the meeting held August 13, 2026. There was no meeting held in September and October 2026. 2. Review, discuss and approve the financial and bank statements for the 3rd quarter of 2026. 3. Review, discuss and approve the tentative budget for the year 2027 and set a public hearing for December 10, 2026 to approve the final adoption of said budget. 4. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. A. Discuss the servicing of the Porta Potties 5. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 6. Adjourn.
